The roof tiles of this detached house were severely weathered, and the underlying woodwork was due for replacement. We completely stripped the pitched roof and renewed all the woodwork, including new battens and purlins. A new waterproof underlayment was installed underneath, ensuring the roof is well protected against moisture under the tiles as well.
The existing roof tiles were carefully removed, inspected, and reused, supplemented with new tiles where necessary. In this way, the house received a sturdy, watertight roof without unnecessary costs. Want to know more about our approach to tiled roofs or a complete roof renovation?
