We assess the roofing, tiles, ridge tiles, gutters, and all lead and zinc work around penetrations and the chimney, and photograph every component, even the places you never see from the ground.

How much does a roof inspection cost?

Nothing: the inspection and the photo report are free and without obligation. We can do this because some of the reports lead to a repair or maintenance order, but that choice is and remains entirely up to you. You are not committed to anything.

If the report indicates repairs, you will receive a fixed price per point, in order of priority. This way, you never pay for work that is not yet necessary and you can get the roof in order at your own pace.
