We had a leak today due to a massive downpour. Stressed and urgent, I called Koning Dakwerk, and despite being busy, they came by within 45 minutes to assess the situation. I showed them photos of what was wrong, what they could do, and what it would cost. And because it couldn't wait due to the severity, they cleared a spot to tackle the problem immediately. You guys are amazing, and we've gained a new customer!
The Dakdeker team did a fantastic job. They demonstrated professional competence and communicated clearly. They stuck to the quoted price and there were no surprises! The quality is also great; they fixed the poor work another contractor did last year and implemented extra screw reinforcement for the tiles. I will go there next time I have work on the roof!

Received quick assistance after reporting a roof leak. Very satisfied with the service.
Excellent work delivered. The workmen were also very friendly. One point of attention is the estimation of the required materials, which caused the work to take longer than necessary (because the workmen had to wait for the new delivery before they could continue). But all in all, I am satisfied.
We had very pleasant contact; they kept their promises and delivered neat work.
Good communication and clear explanation. The maintenance was carried out perfectly, excellent work!

Had a leak in the bedroom during the night. Called this company very early, and fortunately, someone came by in the morning. A very nice man, polite and helpful. Everything is still dry so far, but it's reassuring to know I now have a place to call in case of emergency. I was a bit shocked by the price because I had new roof tiles lying around myself, but I also had no idea what something like that costs.
Super nice and fast service! And the leak was expertly resolved.
