The most important requirement is that your home was built before 2019. In addition, the roof insulation must have a minimum Rd value of 3.5 m²K/W, be professionally installed, and you must apply for the subsidy via RVO.nl within 24 months of completion.
Yes, to receive the higher subsidy of €32.50 per m², you must combine two or more insulation measures within 24 months. This could include roof insulation combined with cavity wall, floor, or glass insulation, or a sustainable system such as a heat pump.
