The Dakdeker team did a fantastic job. They demonstrated professional competence and communicated clearly. They stuck to the quoted price and there were no surprises! The quality is also great; they fixed the poor work another contractor did last year and implemented extra screw reinforcement for the tiles. I will go there next time I have work on the roof!

Excellent work delivered. The workmen were also very friendly. One point of attention is the estimation of the required materials, which caused the work to take longer than necessary (because the workmen had to wait for the new delivery before they could continue). But all in all, I am satisfied.

How does the ISDE subsidy for roof insulation work?
The ISDE is the national subsidy scheme for homeowners making their homes more sustainable, including through roof insulation. You apply for the subsidy yourself at the RVO after the work has been carried out, using the invoice and proof of payment as supporting documentation. If you combine roof insulation with a second measure, the subsidy amount per measure is usually higher.
The scheme sets requirements regarding, among other things, the insulation value and the number of square meters. That is precisely why the execution is crucial: insulation that falls just below the standard will cost you the entire subsidy.
This is how we help you secure your subsidy
We ensure that your roof insulation meets the requirements of the ISDE scheme. In addition, you will receive all the documents you need to easily apply for your subsidy.
Roof insulation according to requirements
Step 1
We insulate your roof according to the current ISDE guidelines, ensuring your home fully meets the subsidy requirements.
Complete documentation
Step 2
Upon completion, you will receive a clear invoice, the photo report, and all the information required for your grant application.
Immediate insight into your benefit
Step 3
Even during the quotation, we show you the subsidy amount you are likely entitled to, so that you know in advance what your net investment will be.
