In Maassluis, the roofing of this large flat roof was due for replacement. Our team first removed the entire gravel layer, after which a new bitumen top layer was torched over the entire roof surface. The edge finishing was also renewed, including new roof trim.
After burning, the gravel is evenly distributed over the roof again. This ballast layer protects the bitumen roofing against sun and wind, extending the lifespan of the roof. The result: a sleek, watertight roof that will last for years to come.
